This console is operated by Subsetra (“we,” “us”). We provide the Ark Admin Console as a control plane for authorized administrators. Questions about this notice can be sent to support@subsetra.com.
What we process
When you sign in, we process account identifiers you provide (such as email address and tenant context), authentication events, session tokens, and technical metadata needed to secure the service (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamps). Within the product, we also process configuration and operational data you submit while using the console, in order to deliver the features you use.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate administrators, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability and security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, audit, and legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by data category and your organization’s settings where applicable.
